| Every
school brings in some workshop and everybody’s gung-ho on
it and 2 months later it’s forgotten. I don’t think
it’s going to happen with this. I truly don’t. When
I do my lesson plans, one of the first things I think about is how
am I going to include my students with disabilities.
–General Educator
It has been my vision
for ten years to design a unique professional development program,
which not only helps people become better teachers, parents and
community members but also creates a learning environment in which
people grow closer to each other and learn to appreciate their own
unique talents.
Witnessing the enormous
success of this project in Montana is a professional milestone.
The emotion felt during the closing awards dinner was no accident.
It was by design. People felt empowered and now know how true collaboration
looks and feels. Accomplishing this in my home state adds a tremendous
amount of pride and willingness to work toward the sustainability
and duplication of the project throughout the country.
I extend my heartfelt
thanks to Roger Holt from Parents, Let's Unite for Kids in Billings,
MT and Leslie Mullette from MonTECH in Missoula, MT for their support.

I look forward to your participation and support of the collaborative
empowerment approach to decision making . Please contact me for
